It can also promote weight loss by helping you feel more full.Water is readily available, and drinking enough of it is one of the most important things we can do for our health. Water makes our organs function better—especially the kidneys. It can also promote weight loss by helping you feel more full.

To complete this challenge, give yourself one challenge point for each 8-oz. glass of water you drink. You can earn up to 12 points per day. But don’t go over—experts recommend between 64 and 96 ounces each day.

The goal: reach 140 challenge points to earn 15 wellness program points.

Daily max glasses (8 oz.): 12 per day.
